Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made for any appointment until 24 hours before the appointment, at which point cancellations will incur a fee of $100 or 25% the cost of the scheduled treatment, whichever is greater.

Refund Policy
No Cash Refund, refunds will be used towards service or products. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchards services, except for laser service which allows for 60 day for any refund request. Retail products are refundable within 30 days of purchase with minimal use (staff will inspect, they will make the final decision).


Expiration Policy
Services in packages, series, or which are pre-purchased, including injectables, are set to expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. After expiration, these services can no longer be redeemed.


Late Arrival Policy
Arrivals after 15 min from scheduled treatment time will be rescheduled if there are any subsequent scheduling conflicts. After a client has 2 late arrivals, we will not book future appointments.


No Show Policy
No Show is any patient who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment, at which point no shows will incur a fee of $50 or 20% the cost of scheduled appointment, whichever is greater.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: If you are not satisfied with a product you have 20 days from the date of purchase to exchange (exchanges are only provided after Delight Medical & Aesthetics staff has inspected the item and under their discretion).


Deposits are non-refundable/transferable and must be used within 6 months of the first scheduled appointment.


Packages expire a year after purchase, in the instance that Delight Medical, Aesthetics must close due to local or state mandates, other arrangements will be made.


Promotion price and credits are to be used within 6 months of purchase (excluding packages that have a year of the date of purchase before they expire or if stated otherwise).


The success of laser hair removal consists of keeping scheduled appointments, in the event that your preferred clinician is not able to keep the scheduled appointment, arrangements will be made with the next available clinician to ensure the best results . No Refunds will be made in the event that a preferred clinician is not able to service you.
